The project is awarded with a Diploma of the Russian Union of Architects at the 22-nd international contest-festival “Zodchestvo-2014” in nomination “Architectural work of art for 2012-2014. The best civic & cultural facility”. A 12-storey office building is located in Petrogradsky district adjacent to objects of cultural heritage, performed in a rare for St.-Petersburg style of constructivism. In order to follow the style identity, the building‘s appearance is fulfilled with cubic volumes and horizontal lines, emphasized with glazing. The general artistic value lies in the main entrance stained glass window, decorated with copper elements. Plaster façade painted in “industrial” terracotta color completes the image. The ground floor provides 73 parking places in a two-level parking. A spacious café with a summer terrace is located on the 2-nd floor. Upper floors are provided with view terraces.
