Due to a complicated site configuration the building represents a vastly gaunt rectangle (in plan) with an aspect ratio of 6:1. The project had been designed simultaneously with the adjacent “Holiday Inn” hotel construction, which induced local authorities to ask for an identity of compositional and color solutions of both objects. The square of the office building is truncated from bottom to top, so that three big terraces with exit pavilions are formed. The ground floor provides 36 parking places in a two-level mechanized parking (one of the first in the city). In memory of the area historical significance (Moscow route outpost and Moscow Triumphal Arch) the main entrance to the office building is decorated with a big stained glass, depicting brave hussar Denis Davidoff accompanied with his fellow soldiers going over the top.
