A 7-storey office building is located in Vassileostrovsky district adjacent to the object of cultural heritage “Residential block of G.L.Shalit”. The building represents a multi altitude volume of complex geometry. The façade solution is a composition of crossed pure geometrical volumes and a contrast of plain walls and bay windows. The truncated configuration of the building was suggested in order to keep the regulated insolation of the residential block. The office building’s ground floor provides 24 parking places.
