A 6-storey office building is located in Moskovsky district opposite to the Frunsenskaya metro station. The building represents a multi altitude volume of complex geometry, which main design element is the reducing in square level tiers. According to the design task, the shape of the building should be associated with a steamboat, and the idea is realized with stained glassed terrace-decks, balance of the whole building proportion, gas boiler pipes, reminding the ones of a steamboat, and a soft façade color. The foundation of the building is a reinforced concrete slab on a natural basement, which is a rarity in the modern local construction.
