Technologically complicated project of Marrinsky theatre decoration manufacture includes the following outbuildings:
- Production outbuilding with a hall for preliminary decoration adjustment; wood, metal and canvas stores; fitters shop and joinery; scenery sewing, photo printing and props assembling workshops;
- Utility outbuilding for workers, including wardrobes, restrooms and a staff canteen;
- Administrative outbuilding with two catering bodies;
- Inbuilt underground parking, located on the ground floor and under the inner yard.
Production and adjacent utility outbuilding, facing the inner fire driveway, are performed in the style of constructivism. Administrative outbuilding of the 2-nd construction phase, facing the crossroads of Kievskaya and Bulavskogo streets, carries out the whole architectural sense: the corner is fixed with the highest part of the building, which forms a dominant. The element is standing out from the rest volume, letting waves of solid glazing on the parting aside façade surfaces. Glazing fragments, passing through the outbuildings façades of the 1-st construction phase, unite the whole composition.
The project had been examined by a state construction expertise, but due to lack of funding was not realized.
