A 5-storey apartment-hotel for 80 residents is designed beside the housing development under the working name of a “Norway village”, as a part of one territory development concept. The building is located in Kurortny district of St.-Petersburg and suggests that residents live here during the whole summer period, on the analogy of a country house. The 2-room premises located from the 2-nd to the 5-th floor, are equipped with bathrooms and kitchen places. On the first floor reception, administrative premises, cafeteria and hairdresser’s are designed. Car parking is located in the ground floor. All the necessary housemaid’s utilities are suggested on the living floors. To provide the harmonic perception of the building surrounded by nature, the main façade is performed in a shape of a wavy curved covering and is coated with panels, which imitate wooden texture. The back façade is faced with natural limestone of light-sandy color.
