The object is designed to carry out significant business and entertainment events of different importance and interest. It is suggested that the hall consists of the following: - Congress hall with an inner multifunctional odeum and an outer open amphitheatre on the roof for smaller or private events; - Fitness center with a swimming pool and spa; - Business center; - Hotel for business visitors; - Wharf on the Vodoslivnoy canal Hotel building, located on the 1-st coastline and perceived from the sea as a lighthouse, is the architectural dominant of the complex. The suggested functional zoning of the complex allows using all its blocks independently. Architectural image of the complex was inspired by the surrounding natural landscape and found its reflection in imitating the Gulf hummocks and soft coastlines of the cold Baltic. Strong geometric forms and icy color scale create an atmosphere of rigorous but volatile nature restraint; raising lines of the sailing off “vessel” remind us about unpredictable lifelines, which wait for us behind the door.
