Project of a housing development under the working name of a “Norway village” suggest construction of 47 residents, a playground, a pond, equipped with barbecue facilities, a guest car parking and runways on a 5,6-hectares territory. Residential fund is represented by three types of cottages: - 17 blocked houses (for 2 families) with total square of 400sq.m.; - 4 private houses with total square of 200sq.m.; - 26 private houses with total square of 250sq.m.
