“Triumph-Park” housing development (4-th construction phase)

4-th construction phase of the “Triumph-Park” housing development is our further work with chef-architect Avner Yashar (Yashar Architects, Israel). As in the housing development of the 3-d construction phase, a bright summer color spectrum is suggested here. In addition, planting of greenery on the terraces is designed. Housing development of the 4-th construction phase represents a closed rectangular in plan profile, gradually rising up from south to north with open terraces. Inner parkings for 310 cars are suggested in the ground floors and under the inner yard. Commercial premises and entrance zones are located on the first floor. As in the housing development of the 3-d construction phase, the inner yard with ultramodern contact sport and playgrounds, complicated three-dimensional greenery with volumetric landscape and full-grown trees planting is suggested.
