“Triumph-Park” housing development (3-d stage of the 1-st construction phase)

3-d stage of the 1-st construction phase of the “Triumph-Park” housing development is our further work with chef-architect Avner Yashar (Yashar Architects, Israel). Due to the two existing housings the building of the 3-d stage is suggested in the identical style, which completes the whole design composition. Housing development of the 3-d stage represents a separate Г-shaped in plan 25-level building provided with an inner underground parking for 44 cars. Commercial premises and the entrance zone are located on the first floor. The existing facilities are to be reconstructed and additionally equipped with ultramodern contact sport and playgrounds and complicated three-dimensional greenery with volumetric landscape.
