Multifunctional complex is designed for leisure, children’s sports development and sport competitions of local and international level. The concept suggests that a single space for people of different age and interests will be created, consisting of the following: - Indoor sports & concert complex; - Indoor water sports complex; - Indoor multifunctional game sports hall; - Office centre; - City mall; - Children educational centre; - Outdoor playground. Architectural image of the complex was inspired by the surrounding landscape and found its reflection in imitating the Volga-river water’s surface, where an astrakhan lotus bud is resting and air bubbles are raising from the bottom.
